Default Concussion setback

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to get some input from people that have been dealing with the
stuff that I have. This is my first post in here, but I have read a lot of forums
From everyone that have helped me throughout my injury.

I have been dealing With post concussion for about five years now. The beginning was horrible but
Over the years I have made great progress at getting to a new level that works
For me. I still have symptoms all day every day but they are now manageable
For me to get through.

My main question is do any of you have set backs that
Seem to last long. I was to the point where I could live without thinking about it
Weeks and if I had a bad day it would just be a day or two. Now over the last
Two months, I have been struggling to the point that it seems to me like I am
losing all the progress that I have made.

Ever since my injury I have suffered
from bad anxiety and depression. I have come to realize that when either of
these two are present that everything seems to be worse. I sometimes think
that these issues that I have been having are from being anxious or depressed
but as the time continues it just seems crazy that it would last two months after
getting to the point I did not have to worry about it.

I take celexa and tried
slowly getting off of it but at some point I had to start getting back on. I just
wanted to know if anyone has experienced a couple bad months after having
successful ones. Also has anyone felt your head pulsing when trying to sleep at
night constantly. This started happening a month ago and I don't know if this is
anxiety trigger too because i think about it every time I go to bed. It was never
present before.

Any responses would be appreciated.
Thank you.
