so I did this to my head in january, headaches and dizzyness i assume a concussion, took it easy, recovered in about 6 weeks, was back to normal, working out exercising fully

end of august did a front flip, tried to stand up had the spins, later that night lying in bed turned head to the right had the spins, I had vertigo for a few days, the vertigo is now gone, but since then I have had headaches and light dizzyness -- 125 days of headaches

seen two neuroligsts they told me tension head aches, i dont believe it, i never had headaches really before, and tension headaches dont explain dizziness

i just dont know what to do any more, the past 4 months have been the worst of my life thats

I am slowly making my way through stickys and other threads can only read for so long
