The best thing to do is mild aerobic activity. like walking. Don't do anything

really strenuous for a while would be my advice. You could bring symptoms

back full bore if you exercise to hard. I've had 6 concussions in about 5

years. Last one was a year and a half ago. Stay away from anything that

slows down the brain for a while. That includes alcohol, benzodiazapines,

benadryl, sleeping pills....etc. They all would bring my symptoms back a bit

and slowed down the healing process. When I started walking I would be able

to feel things start get back to normal within a couple weeks. You definitely

want to stay the heck away from boxing for a while. And if you ever decide

to go back make sure you work out your neck. They have evidence now that

a strong neck acts as a shock absorber for head impacts. I've always had a skinnier neck....go figure
How did you get 6 concussions in 5 years? Did you spar??
