The best thing to do is mild aerobic activity. like walking. Don't do anything
really strenuous for a while would be my advice. You could bring symptoms

years. Last one was a year and a half ago. Stay away from anything that
slows down the brain for a while. That includes alcohol, benzodiazapines,
benadryl, sleeping pills....etc. They all would bring my symptoms back a bit
and slowed down the healing process. When I started walking I would be able
to feel things start get back to normal within a couple weeks. You definitely
want to stay the heck away from boxing for a while. And if you ever decide
to go back make sure you work out your neck. They have evidence now that
a strong neck acts as a shock absorber for head impacts. I've always had a skinnier neck....go figure
