My favourite yogurt is plain, sour yogurt, so just naturally fermented so to speak, and so very high in probiotics. But I don't eat dairy anymore. Now I get my probiotics from sauerkraut, and will soon ferment all sorts of my own veggies. But I've also been meaning to check out Custom Probiotics as I posted here:
