On this niacin and I've worked with it for years off and on.

These days I take 100mg Niacin and it does not cause flushing. I've never taken the non flush niacin.

And for Osteoarthritis I've been taking Niacinimide 500-1000mg most days for a couple yrs. No problems that I know of.


On the nerve issue, talking to a bridge friend yesterday, she was asking if anyone had an idea of why her fingers were starting to tingle...I went right to: do you take statins and she said Yes for a couple yrs. I believe she's doing a lot of dr. google today. I talked a little about this group and the nerve issues experienced here.
