I have propranolol in the medicine cabinet for such a situation. I also use it to subdue those unexpected over-stimulation caused rises in BP and such.
I can't say if it will allow you to be successful in your presentations. There are other chemicals that can interfere with your ability to keep your thoughts in order.
I suggest you look for opportunities to practice your presentations before others. Does your university have any type of disabilities assistance office ? In the states, every university does. They may be able to help you.
What course work requires so many oral presentations ?
