Sounds like a delicious start, bizi.
I haven't been on the scales over the Holidays, but have not been eating to excess as I used to do. Baked mackerel, baked potato and steamed veg tonight. I also bought some coconut and pineapple juice for a change, am tired of water and blackcurrant cordial.
