Have you looked up benign fasciculation syndrome? (Which is actually just a "silent migraine") I have heard of most of what you've described in others who also developed, in addition, fibromyalglia just out of the blue one day. My neuro told me that's it's more common if you're an "achiever" (I take that to mean someone either prone to anxiety or experiencing a lot of stress). His rec was DISTRACTION. Not just getting on a treadmill for 10 minutes, but actual "getting your mind off of it" activities. He mentioned too that the nervous system can bottle up stressors over time, and then unleash/release themselves after a large stressful event is over (like, a day after an exam, for instance). That's when my symptoms literally exploded, seemingly out of the blue.
