As a person who has experienced anxiety on and off for most of my life, your description sounds somewhat familiar to me and would lead me to wonder if you are also experiencing a stress response...fight, flight or freeze. I must admit that there have been times when my anxiety levels were so high that I thought I was having a seizure but in fact it was a panic attack.

Learning the "signs" that happen to the body prior to onset of panic was extremely helpful to me. I get what I describe as an aura when everything around me seems to feel just a little different or off. e.g. breathing, sweaty palms of hands, excess (more than usual that is) hypersensitivity suddenly to sounds and light and busy situations, racing heart rate etc..

It's not possible to remove ourselves from all stressful situations but learning how to breathe properly and how to relax our muscles can, with time, help us in our every day life.

I've talked with you in the past about this probably but all along I've felt that so much of your difficulties were related to your post concussion syndrome and its awfully common and annoying shadow "anxiety".
