2nding LP and recommend a focus on antioxidants and positive vibes. Vitamin C as absorbic acid is tough for some to digest in oral form in higher doses - and I am of the belief that higher doses are highly beneficial. I go up to 5000-7000 mg when in "prep" or "recovery" mode . Other options are grape seed extract, NAC, selenium, and many more.
