Default Steel Clubs for Rehab
After more than 35 years with TOS, I was in a huge amount of pain and could hardly move anymore. I started working on my mobility and posture 69 months ago and it's be a long haul but I'm making good progress. I recently started using a 5 lb steel club and it's working well for me.
