So it turns out after this long week... I got to see my neurologist who doesn't think my hand issue is neurological sent me for an MRI. Findings indicate Cellusitis in my hand.

I have not had any trauma, bug bites or scratches but some how have a great infection between my 4th and 5th MCP. My hand is continuing to swell.

Gave results to neuro and my PCP and they both went back and forth as to who is going to give me antibiotics... For 3 hours!!!

In the end my awesome neuro doc called my PCP and straightened everything out. Now I'm on antibiotics. Hope they work fast because the pain sucks!!

Just wanted to give an update and always advocate for yourself. You never know!! Any longer it might have gotten into my blood stream and I would be in the hospital.
