Back from my massage.
He did a medium/deep tissue.
At times it hurt and I told him.
I liked it
He did a great job on my neck and shoulders and my head!
And he was fascinating!
Part time actor 53 years old african american and very polite and professional.
He works for massage envy 2 days a week.
They are very flexible with his schedule.
He told me that I may have a frozen right shoulder.
hmmm.
He told me to go to you tube and see if I can find some exercises to do. Asked me what type of stretches that I did.
I laughed.
anyway.
Jeff is not home yet. He texted me and said that no one got a bite...not fun...but I am sure they had a good time regardless. They were going out to eat then he was meeting his old grad student for a beer or two.
