I thought you were seeing a neurologist… you definitely should see one as part of your treatment. A neuro can help treat you if you have PCS, or rule it out.

It's very important to restore your Vitamin D to normal levels. Vitamin D is important to healthy brain/cognitive function, among other things. It's a good idea to have your doc to monitor your level in the beginning because too much Vitamin D is not a good thing either.

I recognize the feeling you experience in the restaurant, too. I have a lot of difficulty with anxiety. What you're describing would sometimes precede an anxiety attack for me.
