At least there is some forward movement here despite the 'pain in the you know what' factor. It's good your UTI is getting treated and good you know to keep working on D levels. It's extra good about the RIC cancellation. I'm sorry you have to jump through more hoops to get there but glad there is that option.

This all sounds like progress, albeit with a bit of a detour and yet more phone calls. Oh joy!
