Right off the bat (and Rose will correct me if I'm wrong), you should be taking the B-12 on an empty stomach. Better absorbtion.
I do this right when I wake up. I don't eat anything after dinner. So by the next morning (maybe this is all in my head), but I have an empty stomach so I think I'm absorbing more!!!
Anybody else??
