I do this right when I wake up. I don't eat anything after dinner. So by the next morning (maybe this is all in my head), but I have an empty stomach so I think I'm absorbing more!!!

Ok, that makes sense but for some reason I was thinking taking it with food helps the absorption by keeping it in the digestive tract for a longer period of time as well as there being enzymes and other things in the food we eat that assists in absorption.
We're both waiting for Rose, I think.
