Ct is clearly a much more rational, humane state than ny. i cannot imagine any bureaucrat here accepting pix of documents & ipad fotos! good for you.

i am very definitely going to pursue mj...even if the best i can hope for is to get at least 4 hours sleep at a time. when i sleep well i notice that i am 'way less dysfunctional.
