i agree with littlepaw. when i was out of breath alot after rsd i had an ekg done and they found i had an abnormal ekg but after a few more stress tests they said i was fine and that it was just anxiety. plus i got fibromyalgia two years after rsd and i also have had endometriosis removal twice in the past few years. because of all this i tire easily but am trying to walk a little every day (weather permitting) with my dog for my new years resolution so that i can breath a little easier and get some of my stamina back. it does boost my energy up a little and helps with my breathing so maybe that may help you. a little mild exercise each day helps keep our muscles from stiffening up. i would check with your pm dr first to see what he thinks is best for you. and i would maybe go to a cardiologist just to check your heart to see if that is what is causing your shortness of breath. it could also be anxiety or panic attacks but better safe then sorry. mild aqua therapy is also great but the water has to be warm enough for me which is hard to find at some health spas. i hope you start to gain more energy (maybe by exercising) and feel better soon.
