I feel like I can't catch my breath, the CRPS side which is my entire left side feels like there's an elephant sitting on my shoulder I can barely move that side and I feel as tho I ran a marathon or something because I didn't really exert myself too bad but it FEELS like I did. What do I do? I'm tired and can barely get a sentence out without feeling out of breath. I feel like I'm dying over here! Help say something to make me feel better please!!!!!

I get what I simply call CRPS weakness quite often. I describe it like trying to drag every inch of my body through mud. When I get this way, it makes moving around laborious and I'm so weak feeling that I don't do much at all on those days. I greatly dislike it, and I'd say I get CRPS Weakness about once or twice a month sometimes even three times a month. There were even a couple of times that it landed me in the E.R. My doctor has told me that it is just one more symptom of my disease. Remember, if you need to contact your doctor, do not hesitate.
