It's nice that you'll be able to watch Cecilia on TV even if you can't be there.

I'm glad you went to the senior center yesterday. It's good to get out. I hope it at least temporarily got you out of your funk.

Please take care of yourself and make sure you're taking your meds. When you're not feeling well it's a good idea to keep on top of those things.
