Coffee causes instant burning for me and I would avoid artificial sweeteners regardless. I also avoid sugar including simple carbs that convert quickly to sugar. I can usually get away with a small amount but if I overdo it I pay for it.
Avocado is a great addition to meals. If eggs work for you an avocado omelet is delicious.
