Right, I was thinking the same thing when I was responding, and suspected you'd say as much. This is good. Now, I also had to scratch a bit and had hives on a few occasions, but so much is happening that I can't be sure it's the lanolin. Either way, it seems like it's worth a try. Right now I have the lichen one coming, so I'll use that and see. But I might also order a lotion and see about that too. It's just another option, and given how important D is to me clearly, I need all the help I can get.

I was thinking the other day that I recall you saying or advising that people should start with D and B12 first and see what happens. Well, I think you're dead right. I wish I had started with D months ago!
