You probably already knew this but here are some notes I had on Vita D Foods:
Vitamin D: 200ug RDA, very few VitaD Foods.
Cod, Cod Liver Oil, Eggs, Mackerel, Salmon (Chinook and Sockeye), Sardines, Shrimp, Tuna Canned.
