I know you do a lot of reading and self research.... which is great and I encourage you to keep doing that! I know you are into alternative options and again.... I commend you on that and can totally appreciate how important that is to you.... as it is to me also!
Yes, it is sad that most people are not well informed about their medications. Especially when the medications can do no more than mask the symptoms and potentially result in doing more harm than good under certain circumstances to certain individuals. I think the same holds true for all medicinal recommendations as they need to be applicable to the particular condition, problem and individual needs of the person.
