A message from the soapbox. I've talked about using Vicks and many other topicals. I kinda stopped Vicks for a while although I have a new jar ready to go. I used it last night on my feet and knee and I added some drops of tea tree oil and oil of oregano too since I posted last about Vicks use. I swear I sleep even better with the Vicks rubbed in my feet.
I slept so good last night. I'll continue with the Vicks on my feet and check the pattern.

Good old tried and trusted Vicks. I buy larger jars from amazon.
