Disturbed sleep can be due to sleep apnea. An upper neck injury with poor sleep posture can cause interruptions in breathing. Inflammation in the brain stem area can cause these issues.

btw, Hydraulic is the spelling. But, you likely were impacted by a nitrogen pressurized lift cylinder failure. They are prone to failure in the cold and hot weather.
