If you're serious about recovering, your brain needs to rest. You'll need to find out what triggers symptoms and avoid those things. Stimulating the brain can actually help recovery, but only to the point where your brain is not overloaded. What are you doing to help yourself recover? You'll need to look at your diet, processed junk food won't help you. Healthy food such as fruit, vegetables, fish and clean protein rich foods such as chicken will help. Foods loaded with processed sugar will cause inflammation, as will preservatives. Alcohol is poisonous for the brain, it goes without saying that drinking will not only halt healing, it could actually make your symptoms worse. Same go s for other toxins such as recreational drugs and high caffeine.

Low level exercise can help, such as walking every day to get the blood moving around the system. Low stress levels can also help. Check out the vitamin thread, these can help support your brain as it slowly heals.

To have the best chance at a good recovery, you need to help your body as much as possible and become very dicaplined about it. I hope this helps.
