I'd like to try it (we suspect my small fiber neuropathy has an autoimmune cause or has autoimmune involvement), but can't afford such expensive and not covered by insurance treatment. The basic practice of taking out the immune system and transplanting stem cells seems quite obvious for all sorts of immune system problems that it's frustrating that things are so slow going. If I find anything about trials in the US, I'll definitely post it.
