Hi, thanks for all the wonderful information regarding tbi and coconut oil. My daughter sustained a tbi 6 years ago. We did a lot of different treatments and she has improved tremendously, however she is still dealing with daily headaches (most of the day). We were just introduced to coconut oil She is starting with 1/2tsp twice a day. My question is can she take it with other food as well? One person told us to not eat 1 hour before and after, to avoid stomach upset. Does anyone have any info on this? My second question is how fast should she increase the amounts and how much is the ultimate to consume a day? Thank you so much for your help!!!
