I agree totally, meditation SHOULD be cirrculum and I was happy to hear my grandgirl has a meditation class at UCLA. And Yes, it needs to start way earlier...almost like religion is pushed on us when we are so young. Many years ago when I was still doing childcare, I would "try" to get 2 little boys into meditation to calm them down and they loved going along with me and getting into their meditation.
