I see swansons sells this brand of vits. Looked at ingredients. I know my daughter has gone thru the gummy world of vits with her children. I know she now uses mega food vitamins which are food based. Her children are teens so don't know what they use but know they all take grape seed extract. We do what we can to make things work.
