I would be doing much better if I could keep my mind occupied with some activity. I can't bear the painful memories. I really messed this one up. I should have controlled my emotions better and treated her Better. She's still texting me but it's been different. She even came home the other night. It's so confusing.

I'd be dealing with all of my non pcs struggles much better if I was healthy. It's really not fair. The timing is enough to defeat a man.
