Please, please talk to someone, go to the ER or call a Crisis Line if those dark thoughts arise. I do know what it is like to suffer severe, debilitating headaches, my chronic Cluster Attacks are hitting every morning again at the moment. This is despite the Topiramate. Painwise, they don't remain on the Chart, it's worse than my TN.

All I can offer you is my sympathy and understanding as a kindred spirit of sorts. These pains really do drag you down, but you can expect periods of relief sometime.
