Default I would still check out the ingredients

Whole Foods gluten free Light White Sandwich Bread:
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, potato starch, cage free egg whites (egg whites, water, guar gum, sodium citrate, triethyl citrate) , canola oil, brown rice flour, maltodextrin (non-allergen derived), yeast, evaporated cane juice, cornstarch, gluten-free oat fiber, contains less than 2% of calcium sulfate, baking powder, cellulose (non-allergen derived), natural flavoring (non-allergen derived), rice flour, salt, triethyl citrate, vitamin c, xanthan gum.

I'm not trying to cause trouble but some of the gluten free stuff is pretty bad IMO. Some of the sprouted grain breads like Ezekiel are a good food choice without all those additives.
