Eating lots of fruits and vegetables is healthy. Whether those fruits and vegetables derive from conventional or organic-based production is irrelevant. There are no nutritional differences between conventional and organic produce, though many believe there is. The only difference is personal preference and cost, nothing more.
Also, it's probably good to mention that fresh fruit and veggies are recurring and increasing source of foodborne disease. If you are pregnant, immunocompromised (chemotherapy, HIV, etc), or have a liver disorder you need to be very careful with your consumption of fresh produce (and deli meats).
