Someone on here was prescribed it (RAllen82) and found it very helpful. It's an NaSSA so works similar to an SSRI in some respects but on a wider range of receptors. It does make you very sleepy at first but that will eventually lessen. If you are having anxiety or depression, both common with PCS, it may be worth giving it a try to balance your brain. Depression can be very insidious some people are not always aware they are depressed.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
