My occupational therapist helped me with all of the issues you mention. I have been doing cognitive behavior therapy for the last year and my psychologist is helping me deal with things like how to manage my anxiety - the mindfulness approach is working well so far - also how to recognise the early warning signs that anxiety is sneaking back in.
There are lots of very short informative videos on the Brainline website that talk about how OT and psychologists work so if you want some good ideas that was (and still is) my go to site
