I was D deficient and after a year and a half got it up to 65 or 70 using 5000iu. At that point my Neurologist said to drop my dosage down to 2000iu, within 6 months my D level dropped to 19.

I have tried 3000iu then 4000iu and now 5000iu and so far my D level is not going above 27. I have only been at the 5000iu for approximately 3 months so I am hoping when it's rechecked it will have increased. We shall see
