there is a trick for back hooking bras....
you fasten them in front, and move(schooch) them around to the back... then put your arms thru the shoulder loops.. That is how I always did them in the past.
I learned this in middle school. I could never get my arms back there, I am too tight tendon wise, and too top heavy besides!
