I know how scary it can be to find out there may be something wrong with your heart. My father had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and had his first heat attack at 21 and his fatal one at 44. They determined it was genetic so guess who gets to get regular heat tests?

I agree with Littlepaw what the machine says and what is read by the physician are sometimes 2 different things. I have had the machine say many different things, however if you look at a longer strip and rule-out artifact it turns out to be nothing. Do you know if they did a 6-lead or 12-lead ECG?

I would suggest talking to your doctor about your concerns. They may suggest an echo if they feel it's warranted. I really hope it's just a case of machine error because I know this is the last thing you need!
