Hi alex,

Healing from a tooth extraction varies per person as everyone situation is unique to them. The severity of infection, the overall health of the person, the thoroughness and sterility of the surgery, and the after care and diet all play equal roles in post operative healing.

If you don't want to take pain meds you could try using homeopathic remedies. Here's a link to 2.... one for pre and one for post op dental.
