upright cervical mri show anything?
hi all,
i was wondering if anyone here had an upright cervical mri show things that a supine mri did not, is it worth nagging a doctor to order one.
i have had 24/7 bilateral paresthesias in both my hands since 2010 with my index finger being the most numb, entire median nerve distribution feels pinched and fatigued. however my supine mri i had years ago was normal
fwiw, i am hypermobile and my first rib and neck bones move and exacerbate my condition and may cause *more numbness* on one side vs the other however the baseline pinching/fatigue/numbness is aaaaaaaaaaaaaalways present.
i tried looking for journals online discussing this but they all mention how upright mris are useful in chiari which i dont believe i have
HUGE THANKS IN ADVANCE
