Strange for sure, but with my MG it's a fatigable where after much movement at all I have that feeling of not being able to control the muscles. It doesn't come and go really if I fatigue my muscle. Of course, you are used to running so maybe they take longer to fatigue, but I couldn't consider walking a quarter of a mile not to mention jogging 3. Since you had a day you could do that, it almost makes me think it would be something else, but it sounds like you should see a Neurologist.
