I was wondering about the icons too, as I have seizures.
I don't think flashing/moving things are full on triggers for me but they do make me feel kind of nauseated and my eyes and head start hurting a bit.

I know a lot of people who are really susceptible to movement and I don't think they'd be able to use this site, which is sad coz it's really friendly and supportive!

So, no bad feelings at all, but as Margo inquired why are they everywhere?
