nyuszisue,
I didn't respond to your recent post because I have already provided you with detailed explanations of the possible reasons for the longevity (17+ years) of the problems you are having in your jaw bone and sinus. Our conversations about tooth #2 and #5 date back to April 10, 2014. It may be helpful if you skim through all of those previous posts.
I glanced at your posts from last spring about your elevated CRP and other abnormal blood test results that you shared on another forum on this site. I agree with the others here who have explained to you that you have an abnormally high and chronic inflammatory problem going on in your body. This widespread inflammation is contributory to your symptoms of inflammatory disorders like lupus, RA, chronic sinusitis, fibromylagia, body aches and pains, muscle pain and stiffness and even the recent suspicion of neuralgia in your face/head.
Any long term tooth infection, for example like you had with root canaled teeth #2 and #5 over a 17 year period, can easily cause or contribute to a systemic and long term elevation in inflammation. Even if the extraction sites have completely healed closed, the bacteria and inflammation from that long term infection could easily still be present in your body contributing to some or all of these other inflammatory conditions.
Allopathic medicine and conventional dentistry will only look at and treat your symptoms with drugs, PT or surgery. They do not look for the root cause of the symptoms even though it is obvious that inflammation is a widespread problem and very often bacterial related.
If you are content with the way your doctors and dentists have been taking care of you, then you cannot expect them to offer you anything different than what they already have because that is how they have been educated to help you.
If you are not content with that type of care, then you would need to seek help from doctors who practice Functional Medicine and a dentist who practices Biological dentistry. These physicians and dentists believe that symptoms are signals and everything about you is taken into consideration as their goal is to find the root cause of your inflammation.
If that interests you, here is where you can learn about Functional Medicine:

If you are interested in seeking a biological dentist this may be helpful:

I hope you glance back at the posts beginning April 2014 and consider the pattern of your health concerns over the 17+ years since you had #2 and #5 teeth root canaled.
