Hmmm....Now that you mention it, no.
I am taking the B50 complex as you recommended. I take that and most of my supplements with a smoothie I make in the morning.
I bought methylCobalamin b12 1000 mcg but was suggested it is better to take between meals. The result is I simply forget to take it!
I presume taking it with food would be better than not taking it at all?
I'm placing the bottle front and center to remind me. Thanks
