Yes, the topicals do get absorbed, but that depends on the vehicle delivering it.

Now that we know that Morton's lotion is discontinued, I have had to resort to recommending the first really good one...Kirkman. This was first developed for the autism community for children, and it has a dosing scoop included, for 100mg doses.

This is more expensive than epsom salt soaks, or the Morton's.
But it has a long track record of use as well. It is on Amazon and iherb.com

90 mg of magnesium glycinate really is a low dose. Do you take it with food?

Have you tried almonds? 3 oz. of unsalted almonds have 270mg of magnesium.

I have GI angioedema...so I am very sensitive to any oral magnesium product too.
