I am a PhD(Mathematics) student and from i.5 year I am getting pressure come pain in the right skull of my brain.
In the initial year of my right skull pressure I have gone through MRI of Brain and Cervical spine. I have also gone through Fundoscopy of Eye. That time, I have met doctor he has told nothing is serious, just don't take tension. Symptom has not gone then after 1.5 year of my tests I went to another neurologist.
MRI test of brain was normal and eye test was also normal.
MRI result of cervical spine as shown below.
"loss of cervical lordosis, anterior osteophytes in the verebral bodies at places, posterior osteophytes are noted in the peridiscal margins at C6-C7 level, right paracentral disc herniation is noted at C6-C7 level with thecal compression and right emerging nerve root impingment, normal signal intensity"

He has told you have straight neck problem they have prescribed neck exercises. I am doing those exercises. When i sleep in night I sleep with small diameter water bottle on beneath of my neck. I can't sleep on right side and chest up positions. I get sleep in left side position. When I leave bed in morning then totally I do not get any pressure or pain in my right skull as day passes it increases. Just now i have purchased cervical pillow. Which i will use from now on wards.

Due to these things, I can't concentrate on my work. Please help in this regards.
