Saw my gal the other day, she's down 76 lbs and gave herself a new do....looks like a new person.

Her friend in the salon has taken off about 100 lbs so far and Jina had a pic of her in her iphone, a before and after...oh my goodness the difference in a 100 lb loss. This gal was nearing 400 lbs and needing insulin soon... So she finally took control.
